Vallava-Model-Tessa -1200 is a heavy duty constructed Grooving Machine. Coming With Double Auto Board feeder in which simultaneously two jobs can be placed. The machine comes with top notching/grooving system. The Top Blade placement system is designed for operator convenience to place sharp setings also considering the top grooving blade setting comes with more accuracy than Bottom blade setting. The double board feeding system is specially design for paper box inner grooving for which both the side grooving can be setup with different set of grooving blades with variable width of grooving simultaneously. It can groove at 80-140 degree v slots (can customize U slots if required). 4 slots grooving possible at a time (depending up on the size of cardboard) Tessa-1200 has applied belt feed system and double aligning system to ensure the constant and accurate cardboard feeding to grooving area. Cardboard Thickness at 2-5mm. Kappa Board is advisable  for fast and good quality output. MDF heavy board can groove properly.
